Spring is coming!
The snowdrops are out in full force.
The little green shoots of the daffodils always make me smile when I first see them. It means that winter is coming to an end.

I really am not a winter person and always look forward to the first signs of Spring - the days are lengthening, the birds are singing and I just love Spring flowers. Joyce
Oh, snowdrops, how divine. I don't expect to see snowdrops here in Ontario for a few weeks yet. They are such brave little beings, raising their pretty heads while there's still a treat of bad weather.
No snowdrops here yet. But we had a really high wind last night, and all kinds of stuff showed up in the yard: a high school ID card on a lanyard, somebody's t-shirt, and a couple of outdated political flyers.....
Those snowdrops and daffodil shoots look pretty wonderful to me. I hope I'll get to see some buds and shoots soon around here after the horrendous blizzard and general awful winter we've had the past weeks. Nice pics Peggy...
I don't get it. I know you are more than 10 degrees latitude farther north than I am, but absolutely no sign of daffodils here yet. Not fair! Cousin Susan

We are near the sea and you are just about as far from an ocean as one can get on this planet. :-) You'll catch up soon.
